Is there a way we can bring in a “Quick Feedback” feature for our emails?
Something as simple as “Was this useful ?” and a Thumbs-up and Thumbs-Down buttons? (see below)
This will be very value able to collect feedback from Customers on the content we are sending instead of a survey.
