So I have a program that is scheduled on Tuesdays. I want to sync the program on Mondays, manually so I can see who would be sent the program on Tuesday, giving myself the option to knockoff or remove participants.
My question, is there an easy way to do this? If I sync the source manually will this then automatically start sending emails in the program? or will I have until tuesday to remove the participants.
They will be in a Review state until the next scheduled sync - at which point they will move to Active. You can review the newly added participants after doing a manual sync and remove/knock off them from the Participant List.
Manual Sync > Review > Manually Remove > Automatic Sync > those still in Review move to Active
