We are trying to send a three touch email campaign to our customers (on behalf of the AE) if a CTA is triggered on their account, ex. contract expiring in x days.



We have done this before leveraging other tools (Outreach, Yesware, Eloqua, etc), but unfortunately Gainsight does not have reply detection. Therefore, we can not opt out a customer of receiving subsequent emails if they reply to a previous email. ​



This will limit us to 1 touch email campaigns which will not be as successful.



I hope someone has found a workaorund for this?
