I’m trying to add the CTA name to a report that was created by someone else. When I choose the object path CTA>Name as I normally would to display this info:
Instead what I get is the Count of Name:
What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to include the CTA name as a “Show me” field in this report? I’m not interested in a count of names, I want the actual names for each CTA.

I get a string of values that isn’t useful at all. I’m trying to get a list of CTA names, ideally that I can click through to take me to the CTA.

In the first screenshot of yours add the name field in the By section. Basically that's the difference between asking: Show me the count of CTA’s and count of CTA names created by user vs Show me the count of CTA’s by CTA name created by user Ideally,
I would remove the name (User => Name?) field in the By and would add it to show me. Let me know if this solves your problem.
In the second screenshot, it looks like you have selected CTA which contains GSID of CTA. To get CTA name, click + beside and select Name field. You can refer to our object glossary for more info.
