We would like to see the amount of time CSMs have spent on specific activities for our clients. I've created a report for Timeline activities that displays the sum of duration for 3 activities. (See first screenshot)





I plan on putting this report on a Dashboard for the CSMs, CSM managers, and executives to view. However, I've ran into some problems.




  • We want to see just the accounts that have gone through our Implementation onboarding process. However, the fields that specify if they're in Implementation is not in the MDA.

  • We also want to see accounts that are currently in the Implementation process and/or see clients that have completed the Implementation process. The fields that specify the start and end dates of implementation are not on the MDA.

  • We'd also like CSM Managers to filter it to view accounts that their CSMs are assigned to
The bottom line - the fields we need to filter the report aren't on the MDA. If there's no filter it just looks like screenshot 2 below. :(





Is there a way to do a Bionic rule and merge data AND still have all the timeline activities to report on??.....
