Searching for Account Name in Account ID in Report builder

We already have Account Name filter where we can search for Account name but after recent releases even where we filter for Account ID, the dropdown provides us a list of Account Names. This makes it unnecessarily difficult given we may not know the corresponding Account Name for the ID

    This would be extremely helpful, since when there are errors from Rules, the failure report only shows the SFDC ID, and having the account name would save time when running down the cause of these errors
