Sending out survey to a customer without gainsight license

I want to send out survey using gainsight survey tool. but the customer need to have gainsight license to fill out the survey right? I want a workaround to make the customer fill out the survey without any license needed. is this possible?

    Hi Thalik,
    Could you clarify what you mean by "license"? Gainsight is designed be able to send surveys to any of your customer contacts without granting/paying for a Gainsight license for them.

    Hi Thilak,

    Gainsight surveys can be sent to anyone and the participants in the survey do not need a license to respond to the survey.
