Hello,

I have ingest a telemetry data into a custom object, when attempting to run rule to set score card , there is not action for such object.

is there a way to overcome the situation so I will be able to set score based on the custom object?

Hello Gil,

Please make sure you are selecting account/relationship identifier in rule setup.

Set score action is visible only if account/relationship identifier is found in show fields.
