Survey Participants based on Custom Objects

Hello,

I am trying to add participants to a survey based on "Custom Object". I am using Opportunities&Orders as I need to pull opportunity owners to send this survey to. I am having a problem, however, when I try to pull the appropriate individuals. It's twofold (but probably related). (1) I am getting a "Server Error" with no additional info and (2) the "Lookup field of Participant Object" isn't allowing me to view or select values.

Has anyone see this or experienced this before and, if so, how did you solve or work around it?

Sorry you're having issues. I'd recommend opening a support case as the server error you're getting will need some specific assistance from our support team. They can also provide guidance on your custom object usage in surveys.
