Surveys 2.0 NPS Model & JO - Triggering CTAs

Is there a way (as you could in surveys 1.0), to trigger CTAs based on survey response scores in Programs? I see that you can create a CTA, but there are only basic parameters that can be set - nothing that I see where you can select the score to trigger the CTA. Am I missing something??
