We just sent out NPS surveys to our customers today and as per the analytics, quite a few ones have already responded. But when I try to see those results outside of JO program (either via NPS tab or C360 NPS), I dont see any NPS results for those customers.
How can we make those results (survey still in progress until Feb 15th) visible in C360 ? We used Survey2.0 functionality to build it.

Hey Sainyam,
I believe we should be able to display the NPS responses for the Survey 2.0 functionality. You can do this by enabling NATIVE_SURVEY_PRIMARY. Try the following steps-
- Setup
- Custom Settings
- Feature Configuration
- NATIVE_SURVEY_PRIMARY
- edit and enable NATIVE_SURVEY_PRIMARY
However, its worth noting that we can have only either Survey 1.0 or Survey 2.0 responses at a time based on the configuration.

I know it's a few months since you posted this, but I wondered if you were able to get the data you were looking for.
I ask because my understanding is NPS responses for surveys built using Survey 2.0 are visible in the NPS 2.0 tab (which needs to be enabled within SFDC settings).
