Question

The on/off toggle for playbooks isn't working as expected

Shouldn't the on/off toggle for playbooks allow for a playbook to show or not show in the list to be added to a CTA? No matter if I have a playbook turned on or off, it still shows in the list to be added to a CTA.

    Hi Tara,

    Don't think there's any such toggle available for Playbooks. Are you referring to the auto-sync button (first one from the left)?

            


    There is no tooltip for this, so I can understand how this option is misleading.

    That's exactly what I was referring too. What does the auto-sync button do? I do feel like it's misleading. I guess I'll just delete the ones we won't be using.

    I believe it marks all Tasks in that Playbook to be automatically synced to Salesforce activities (when applied to a CTA).
