Timeline entry - blank task bars appear and move back and forth across the screen

A user has entered a timeline entry with a task that appears to be displayed correctly; however there are an additional two tasks that have no comments and appear to move back and forth across the screen continuosly - Has anyone encountered this issue before?

I cannot replicate this issue.

I have seen some similar behavior when Garmmarly plugin was installed in the browser, do they have it installed? And may be you can share some screenshots and details of the browser.

    Thanks Anton - Confirmed that Grammarly is not installed - browser is standard chrome Version 65.0.3325.181 - for some reason I cannot upload a screenshot which is annoying...thanks anyway
