Tracking NPS response IP Addresses

I have a customer who’s looking to track the IP address of their actual NPS respondents (versus the IP address of the individual who opens the email). This is business critical for them as they need to ensure the validity of their NPS responses. Is this already in the works or is there a way to get it on the roadmap?

    Are there specific reasons that they are concerned on whether NPS responses are valid or not?  How do they intend to use IP to validate that?   
    One step closer is that there is a Clicked IP tracked on the Email logs - that is tracking who clicks the survey link.  Not exactly what they are asking for but closer.
