I am trying to figure out the best way to report on a trending healthscore (overall) report at the relationship level. I am using the Relationship Scorecard history, and grabbing the overall score field. Though it seems that when I use this, the results do not show in Green, Yellow or Red visualization and when I look at examples to test the data it doesn’t appear correct. This report will show an account being in the red, but if I look at their score on that date on the R360 it is yellow.
Any clarification on the fields or a better object to use for trending data is helpful. Thanks!
