I am setting up a failure dashboard to help admins and CSMs act on failures. I have two asks:
- I would like to take out of the way failures that are normal, like participant with unique criteria already exists, already exists, has met the advanced the criteria or excluded based on exclusion list. However, report and dashboard won't let us do any filtering with the failure reasons field. Is there a reason for this and can this be improved?
- In order to make it convenient to act on a failure, I would like to be able to make a participant-related field clickable to lead to the contact record. Is this doable?
