Skip to main content

Please update your chrome extension to 1.2.2 if you have an older version. Log out and log into assist and you should be good.

Steps here:

@meenal_shukla is it expected for users to be logged out from the extension on a daily basis?

@gunjanm , as far as I know, you can set the limit up to 72 hours and not everyday.


@meenal_shukla where is this setting? I do not see it in the support center or in the actual plugin.

No need of making this setting now, we have released a new update today to address this issue if frequent logout.Please follow link here
