Is there a way to divide a dashboard into 'sections' like with a visible line break where one section is for renewals, ARR, etc.

You can't divide individual dashboards into sections per se. Usually we recommend creating separate dashboards for different types of reports. You can view examples of different dashboards based on different themes here.
