Currently someone with Gainsight admin priveledges have access to these habit reports (Red, Yellow, Green, Lime user cohorts). And yes, an email does get sent out but only to a bunch of stakeholders. Also the end users have no visibility/accountability of these metrics.

Now, I know we can export the Gainsight data into customer's S3 and create something quite similar but 1) It is an added effort for something that is already built out 2) It is very difficult to emulate this exactly (A lime usage report should exclude everyone in the green usage report - not possible to do in reporting / A red usage report should report on absence of data and compare usage across two periods - not possible to do in reporting)

Two ways to solve this: Add Gainsight 360 in the standard permission set OR Make Gainsight 360 report available in report builder to be added to the customer's dashboard out of the box.

This should be optional, not default.

Agreed. I personally don't want/need all of our users to have access to things like other users' activity, support tickets, etc. But if other orgs do, cool beans :)
