I am trying to setup my own reporting for Response Rates and am hitting some struggles. I can see if an email was sent, when it was responded, etc. Unfortunately, I am struggling to find the exact field for the date the email was sent via the AO. 





Any guidance?

I believe you have to use the AO Emails object for that information. The Created At field is the date the AO sent the email, while the Email Send Time is the time the email was successfully delivered. If the email bounced then you'll want to look at the Bounce Date field for when that happened.

You can get this from the Email Logs object. Filter on Use Case = Advanced Outreach and the Triggered On field will have the date/time the email was sent.

@Dan: Is that a new field? I have never used the "Use Case" field, but I like it!
I think it's been there, just one of the "lesser known" fields.





Related to this - we recently created an object glossary for some of the more commonly used Gainsight objects to help admins and power users create reports and rules using all of the available data (which is actually pretty extensive).
