I want to see in a report a link in a Call to Action for a linked object to opportunity, but the related ID field is null.

How is the linked object ID for CTAs stored?

It would be different. Call to Action would be an MDA object in NXT and I’m not sure what’s expected if you’ve configured CTAs to have Opportunity as a Linked Object as we are still using SFDC Edition.

For SFDC addition, under the Call to Action object in SFDC there is a value for Opportunity which is a lookup field for the related record in SFDC.

@john_apple

I’m in NXT - is it different in NXT? When I go to the Call to Action object, the related field ID is null for the ones I am looking at yet there is a linked object in the actual CTA
