Hi Everyone,


I am trying to find a sure​​​​vy’s ID. I am essentially using the survey ID as a filter for one of my CTA.

  • End Goal: if a score from this survey ID is less than 4, then create a CTA.

Does anyone know where I can find this survey ID?

Assuming your are using Gainsight NXT or Survey 2.0 in Salesforce edition.

You can copy the survey id from the URL. Ex : https://rtqa-autol7qxirt7fr9.develgs.com:9001/v1/ui/survey#/survey/1I0025DXE6KKG8JCV1EKXEYLKEBDFNOAAFDZ

1I0025DXE6KKG8JCV1EKXEYLKEBDFNOAAFDZ is the survey id here.

After going to your specific survey you will be able to see URL like above in your browser.
