In an effort to provide the best email deliverability within Gainsight we will be diversify our sending IP addresses further. This won't have any impact on emails being sent externally but it may impact emails being delivered within your organization.
If your company uses Proofpoint or any other email filtering service and you have experienced internal delivery issues in the past it may be beneficial to reach out to your IT team to prepare for this possible sending IP change.
In order to provide a proper heads up, we won't be starting this process until the week of July 16th.
Please reach out to support@gainsight.com if you would like to know if your IP is changing and if so, what it is changing to.
