In the January v6.10 release, we will be removing the ability to edit email templates 1.0. We recommend that you review your existing 1.0 email templates, and convert them to email templates 2.0, as well as create any new templates using email template 2.0.
For existing email 1.0 templates, a button is provided to help you migrate them automatically to 2.0.
You can continue to view and use 1.0 templates after the January release, but you will not be able to edit them. For more information about this retirement, refer to the Email Template 1.0 Retirement FAQs article.
