      I'd like to know if it's possible and how to remove a person from a program once it has started.

      Example: a CSAT program in which we send a 1st email, then a reminder the week later. Some participants respond to the 1st email saying that they want to be removed from the list (instead of using the opt-out link). Even though we opt-them out in sf.com, since they are already in the program funnel, they will be sent the second email.

      How can we avoid that?
