Looking to understand how to send an email to someone internally when certain criteria is met.

For example, when CTA X is created for Account with Product Y - send email to A.

When CTA X is created for Account with Product Z - send email to B. On a call, Dan A mentioned being able to accomplish this through transformation tasks, but I'm not sure how to do so.

I'd like to learn more about program analytics and additional reporting capabilities. I have a few items that I'd like to add to the analytics dashboard, but also just want to know what's possible. Beyond that, I've created a dashboard view using Report Builder and there seems to be a discrepancy in the data. Though, it may very well be due to user error.

I want to understyand how to view the results of a rule run. I recently ran a rule, and it looked like there were over 300 results, but only about 40 appeared in the cockpit (which was the amount I expected.) How can I view the rule logs and email notifications to understand what the results for the number of CTAs created?

I'd like to develop a scorecard measure that calculates the following:

The standard deviation & rolling averages of customer count of "submissions"

If the number of submissions is greater than the standard deviation, the score should be green. If the number of submissions is below the standard deviation but above the average, the score is yellow. If the number of submissions is less than the average, the score should be green.

We only want to look at the 6 month rolling average and then reset.

I actually have a conflict this week, I will discuss next week :)
