Admin Office Hours gives our Gainsight Admins an open forum to talk to expert architects at Gainsight about administrative and configuration issues you might be facing. We also have plenty of folks who like to just sit in and (hopefully) learn a thing or two by doing so. 

 

Office Hours isn't just a place to have a transactional conversation though. It's also a great opportunity to (virtually) meet peers in the Gainsight Admin community and trade ideas, best practices, and tips with one another. Just make sure to follow the Admin Office Hours topic on Community to keep up-to-date with the pre-session threads where you can post questions ahead of time.

 

We typically hold these sessions on Tuesdays at 1 p.m. PT and Thursdays at 11 a.m. PT for U.S.-based folks. We also have an EMEA office hours session on Thursdays from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. GMT+1. We look forward to seeing you!
