We are looking at using Activity Timeline on C360 very heavily and have a couple questions:

1. Is it possible to display the Account Name when creating a report from the Activity Timeline MDA Data object.  We can use the Account ID, but that is of little value. We'd really like to see the account name. We're building a report to show a consolidated view of ALL activities logged for customers for X days
2. Is it possible to build a report showing ALL Accounts with 0 Activities logged in the past X days?

We would like to log specific onboarding outreaches in milestones (as well as when the outreach is opened) if possible.  Can you walk us through how to do this?

We'd like to see the Acct Name and also the Gainsight user name who created, modified the item as well.

Hi Evan - I think I mentioned this to you last week but I have a question about a workaround for a desired outer join.  For example, I have contact data from SFDC and from a separate portal.  Not all contacts in SFDC are represented in the other portal data and vice versa.  What's the best work around to merge these two data sets (in order to load them to an MDA) since I can't do an outer join in a bionic rule?

I was actually able to figure this one out but I have another question :) 

I have fetched a few fields from SFDC that are Picklist or Multipicklist, and I'm not sure what type of field I should create in my MDA table so that I may map the fields.  I currently have the fields set as Strings but they are not appearing on the field mapping step of Setup Action.  

I've run into some issues when setting up the Success Snap Shot.  Various reports don't pull any data when exporting into a powerpoint.
