Is there a way to make changes to the customer health scores without implementing the changes right when you make them? The SFDC sandbox environment doesn't have our setup of GS, so I can't play around in there, and I'm nervous to change the current setup without seeing the impact first.
We are currently having some technical difficulties with GoToMeeting. We will be starting the meeting shortly.
