How can I report on instances where one user lookup matches another, without specifying?
My use case is that I'd like to see the last time the Account Owner and CSM logged an activity on the account. I know I could specify the account owner's ID, but I have too many account owners to create the number of distinct rules required for such an approach. I'd like to make something like
Select Account.ID, Max(Date) from Activity where Activity.AssignedTo.ID=Account.Owner.ID .
I'd load this on the account or customer info then as the last time the customer was contacted.
