Is there a way to report on timeline entries entered within a CTA?  

 

We have a NPS Detractor CTA that is fired when a Detractor survey response is received.  Is there a way to report on what the exact NPS score is along with the CTA information (owner, account, etc)?


What is the current best practice for setting a Scorecard measure to Green when no related CTAs exist? I’ve found a few things in Community posts but they’re all quite old (~4 years) -- maybe the recommendations have changed since then.

 

Our use case:

I’m setting up new measures that look for # of open Risk CTAs. If the customer has no Risk CTAs of a particular CTA Reason, the measure’s score should be set to Green.
