Maybe there’s been some confusion with the invitations.

Can I please pick your brain tomorrow about three things:

1. How to bulk-add people to Relationships. Where we have single relationships, I need to be able to replicate all contacts from the C360s to their relevant R360s.
2.  editing field in Relationship Person based on value already provided in Company person -    I created a new field at Relationship Person called Contact Type. This field already exists in Company Person and whilst in some cases it may be different at the Relationship level, at this point I’d like to copy whatever is selected per person at the Company level and update the same field at Relationship level  
3. launching JO program at Relationship level - I need to launch Exec Check in program to specific contacts from R360s. But at R360 level I don’t have renewal information and I’d like the coms to go out 120 days before and after renewal. I do have the renewal dates for each relationship in C360 in our renewal dataset. So I can pull the correct C360s and the names of the Relationships, but not the actual R360s ID. So would I be able to create my dataset with all the filters at the C360 level, then add Relationship Person and merge the datasets with Common records joint?

I need assistance with several reports I’m creating to insert into a JO email template to send to partner users of Gainsight. I’ve created the 4 reports, I just need some help in getting them to work in JO. The reports are:

• Adoption Scores Lower than a Grade B
• In-flight Use Cases
• Customers with 0 Touchpoints in the past 90 days
• Customers with 0 QSR in the past 90 days

The reports are working, just not in JO.

I won’t be able to join until around 2.15pm today.
