    Hello, I am trying to enable the BCC to timeline feature for my colleagues. However, when uploading the CSV I received unclear error messages. What is the best way to resolve?

    I'm also trying to preview the "Thank You Email" after some edits in our current NPS program, but it's showing up blank. This may be because it is a variant repsonse, but still alarming.
