Hello - I have a few questions regarding email programs and would love to join the session this Thursday; I will be calling in from the US (EST).

Wanted to confirm that this office hours will be held at 8:00AM EST so I can add it to my calendar? And also confirm that there is only the 10:30am UK time call on Tuesday July 12th, and no time in the US?

Myself and a Colleague shall be joining  the office hours to hopefully get some support on two questions. I believe a breakout room will be needed as there will be sensitive company data.

1. Creating a widget for c360

Question:  We have important data from our own SQL database into Gainsight. We know how to take the data and display it. However, we specifically want the data to be a widget in the C360. But we want the widget to be a bar graph.

We went to the report builder and made the data a widget in order to test it in c360. But the data will not display.  There could be an issue with the logic in how we set up the report, but we are not sure, and this is what he need support with.

2.  Linking to PowerBI via embedded page function in c360

Currently we have two applications within our c360 that links to other applications using the embedded page function in c360.

We want to link reports from PowerBI into Gainsight but the issue is, is that the URLs on power BI are not structured the same as for example our CRM. Making it impossible to set up the same way we did the other two applications. Is there another way around this?

I have a question around Scorecards I’d like to discuss if possible. We’re looking in to creating “Partner Scorecards” for our reseller partners, which would need to apply measures from their customers, but rolling them up into another account - just want to see if we’ve approached this in the right way so far.
