Hi Baji,

I have a question regarding the email template for a Gainsight JO program. How can I add a token that dynamically displays the email address of the CSM and also includes a link to the email address, allowing recipients to click on it and reply directly to the email?

Hi Baji,

I had a question about an issue I am having with JO. I have a program that sends out emails containing a button which maps to a link. The link is a custom link for each CSM and is sourced from an MDA object. Some of our CSM’S have reported that after the emails are triggered from that journey, a “+” sign gets attached at the end of the link after clicking on the button, causing it to break. This does not happen for all the CSM’s just for some of them. For the rest, its working fine. I checked inside the MDA object and the link is fine there. Also, I sent out a test email before publishing and it works find for all the CSMs then. Its only after the journey is published the link changes for some of the CSMs. Is there something I am missing here?
