Three questions:

  1. Engagement remains a persistent challenge for many communities using inSided. What are some of the core tactics and best practices your team has assembled that can help with this (and how can we get access to those) and what’s happening next on the product side to help address this gap? (I know a bit of this is already covered by your last product update a few months back)
  2. It’s been great to see the product improving, but the pace of change still isn’t fast enough still. Where is inSided investing in to close the gaps on speed and time to market with new capabilities and features?
  3. Has inSided ever considered just spending a period of time addressing core pains in the platform over a short period like a week-long hackathon?
