Hello from Gainsight Support!  We wanted to provide an update to our customers about an upcoming holiday that will affect the hours of our Support team.  Monday, June 1, will be a holiday for all Gainsight employees.  Our Teammate Success team has graciously added this date to our company holidays, for a much needed break for all Gainsters.

While we know this is not a holiday for our customers, we will be providing support for urgent and high issues.  Here is what you can expect on Monday, June 1:

  • Live chat disable
  • Phone support disabled
  • Delayed response time on non-urgent issues
  • No change in email & portal ticket submission
  • Staffed 24 hours, but agents only working high severity cases

As a reminder, you can submit support cases through the portal, following the guide here.  We appreciate your understanding and patience with the team during this holiday.
