Hi Scott,

We’re interested in generating test results from applying a different scorecard scheme (Numeric) than we currently use in our prod org (Color).  Sort of a ‘what would it look like if we did this instead of that’?

Would like to understand how we may be able to do this.

Thx.

JJ

I’m curious to know what field People Maps uses to observe active/inactive contacts as we’d like to prevent inactive contacts from appearing in the list of options.

If it helps, our SFDC instance uses a field titled “No Longer With Company” to indicate an inactive contact. This field is pushed into the Company Person object in Gainsight. I’d like to configure People Maps to rule out contacts with this field checked.

Have some questions about applying colors to some report graphs.
