Load CSV to update CTA fields

Hello all,

I need the CTA to be assigned to each account’s CSM, yet in the default owner field I am not able to select that option, only a specific user. There is probably something I am supposed to add in the sources but I can’t figure out what that is.

With the advice of Spencer Engel, who responded to the thread I originally opened about this issue, I made sure to map the CSM ID as an External ID, but that did not seem to fix the issue.

Thanks in advance! :)

Tal

I am running a cta on number of community posts.  most pulls as expected but the 0 posts is not pulling anything.  I need help with that

Load CSV to update CTA fields

@sdrostgainsightcom Hey Scott wanted to follow up n the use case of reporting for a count of CTA’s for different criteria i.e. QBRs, Strategic Account Reviews (These would be separate reports)

Ideally we would see All Accounts, CSM, Count of CTA as columns. We want to see where count of CTA is 0.

Can you recommend the best way to approach this in data designer? Let me know if you need adtitional info
