How to test a Journey program with a personal email?

Hi Scott,

Got a question about the abilities in report builder to find the difference between two different date fields in success plan and call to action object. I didn’t have luck with the date diff function but want to see if I can do this without using rules engine. If rules is the only option, my question would be how to make an object eligable for a “Load to” action.

Thanks,

Jack

Hey Scott,

Fixing some revenue health scores that haven’t been working, need some assistance w/ Rules Engine and numeric fields to calculate month to month percentage difference. Thanks!

Hi Scott,

I’d like to understand how a measure score of “-NA-” is handled in a scorecard that is set to Automatically Roll Up the Overall Score.   If we have no Exceptions created - does the new total change for the weighted average calculation?

My scenario is I’m trying to manually recreate this calculation to do some comparison analysis between 2 different scorecards on the same subset of customers, but since one of our measures is mostly “-NA-” values in one of the scorecards, I’m having difficulty understanding and aligning my calculations with the ranges that are currently being assigned R/Y/G (or 25/65/90).

An example: If a Manual CSM Sentiment measure is 25% weight, but has a value of “-NA-” , is the new weighted average of all other measures now out of a total of 75 percentage points?

I have a question about how to get some more granular details in a report.  I would like to break out opportunities by customer by month and I can’t get separate columns for the months.

I’d like help with setting Login Preference to Gainsight NXT to see Gainsight Notifications. My users login via SF so when they get a GS link they need to be directed to the SF login not the web login.  I have followed the instructions but don’t see a change in the user table.

Rhonda

@sdrostgainsightcom thank you for the help, I got an error when clicking upsert on the rule.

GSID cannot be mapped for Upsert and Insert operations for Load to Gainsight object action. Please unmap to proceed. ‘

Would you know potentially why it’s not letting me selected GSID?

Hi @sdrostgainsightcom will there be an Office Hours today? I do not see one posted in the chat. Would love some help with a CTA I’m working on!
