Can you update a score card sentiment from a timeline sentiment -  do I just write a basic rule - or is there a better way

I can’t join until 1:30 CT. I’m having an issue with a JO program launching surveys based on a task close date. I’d like help reviewing the program setup to see what could be the issue.


Field Name: Exclude from No Usage

Issue: Exclusion from No Usage is set to "FALSE", when we try to bring all accounts not equal to "True" or equal to "FALSE", no one joins the Journey.   When the inverse is done, it brings in all the people who have the Exclude from No Usage = "TRUE".
