Hi Scott,

My program query is pulling in two different tasks (NPS vs CSAT). The only difference between them is what is written in the description. I am trying to narrow down the program to include only the NPS task. I used transformed at the very end + a filter on the Description to include only specific words, but my query seems to fail in the end.

Scorecard Questions:

  1. I want to capture a score prior to an override occurring so that we can view it for reference in a dashboard report. What’s the best way of doing this? I’ve checked the actions associated with the rule that sets the override and I’m unable to load the score into a unique field on the Account Scorecard History object.
  2. The score fields available on the Customer view are not showing the g1-5] label that we have created but are instead showing the 0-100 value or a Good/Great/Watch listing. How can I reconcile that?
  3. I’ve created a Data Designer report to compare this week’s score with last week’s score when the score is different. The report pulls from the Account Scorecard History object and works well except it’s showing the 0-100 value instead of the 1-5 label that we would prefer for it to show. Is there a way to create an alias to the 1-5 label or is it possible that it’s stored somewhere?
