  • I am trying to report on Gainsight Task (tasks that are logged in timeline activities). Having trouble finding the object to report on. Hoping to get some guidance. Thanks!

I need assistance with data designer and report creation.

I would like to see accounts w/o timeline activity over last 30 days -  trending line report - WoW. So it would be the number of accounts “dot” with the option to click into the “dot” on a trending line report to see which customers don't have timeline activity. Once I have this report, I can then duplicate it for each segment

 

Secondly, I would like to see True NPS trending line report WoW. This will be a report for each segment. I want to see regardless if there were respondents or not that week, the cum true nps score WoW. 


Quick post here for @jaw since we didn’t get the question answered before having to drop - after looking at it again, I’ve confirmed that no, you can’t send out 3 or 4 reminder emails with different # of days spaced between each.

HOWEVER, you can set up Reminder #1 and Reminder #2 on the Survey Program - see my screenshot below, but you can use that “Escalation Email” as “Reminder #2” email - it’s named that in the template to remind people that they can send an internal email to stakeholders if desired - but you can rename it and make it the 2nd followup 30 days later or whatever you need vs. Reminder #1.

Then you can set up a generic email program for reminders #3 and #4 - if you can join Tues office hours, I can walk you through that part - but I still recommend using the Generic Survey program template to launch and track this, and use it for Reminders #1 and #2.  Hope that helps you start the setup!

 


FYI - @michelleb - haven’t forgotten you, but need to pull a series of screenshots for this setup you’re looking for and may not be able to do that today.
