Hi Spencer, I was unable to make the session yesterday, but I did have a question about scheduling rules using Events. I’ve created a rule and setup Event Topics in Gainsight. However, when I go to schedule the rule using an Event, I don’t get the option to SAVE. Is there something I’m missing in the events config or something else that could be preventing me from saving the rule schedule criteria? Thanks!
