Hello: 

I have 2 main questions/topics I’d like to cover. Both have to do with data spaces and getting the right info:

  1. My team wants to have visibility into which accounts a CSM has yet to work with in a given month, as we’d like each account to have a minimum of 2 touchpoints/month.

    I’m working on building a dataspace off of company + activity timeline objects to locate all accounts without a timeline entry in the current month using the post linked below as a guide and then adding a date filter, but I don’t think it’s correct.
  1. Additionally, I’m working on creating a data space to show the latest timeline entry for any open risk CTAs, as well as info re: the CTA type/status/reason. I’ve created the data space using the Calls to action + timeline objects but am having trouble pulling only the most recent timeline entry.
