I am attempting to build a branched tech touch activation journey in the “Journey Orchestrator.” I was advised to use the Advanced setting.

I have several numeric values that I’m trying to feed in and do conditional waits based on their values - so far, I don’t see how to set the formulas or the events. I don’t even know if the thing I want to do is possible in GS. I’m just porting over strategies from other softwares I have used. 

My general questions:

  1. How do you make the formulas / events?
  2. How robust are the formulas?
  3. How complicated can the branching get? 

Hi Scott, 

I’m looking to randomize my NPS sends so that I get a couple people from each company per month, rather than polling all users from a company all at once. My goal is to keep a better pulse on the sentiment of an account over time. I know this isn’t a native functionality of Gainsight’s NPS, but I’d love to brainstorm a good workaround.
