Hello! I talked with Scott about this last week. We are in the process of updating a bunch of emails (from kronos.com to ukg.com), and my colleague brought up how this may have implications on bcc to timeline. Any chance you have knowledge on that?


Hi Kendra. We’ve discovered that our health scores are skewed due to duplicates in our Pendo data - the duplicates are a result of visitors logging into the system multiple times throughout the day. Hoping to receive guidance on how to approach re-building a rule to aggregate the data. I briefly spoke with Scott about this last week before running out of time.
