I would like to discuss the opt-out policy workaround listed in the documentation below to re-add someone to notifications.

We have a rule that looks at specific types of tickets (logged bugs) over a 30 day period of time and updates a measure in our scorecard to an appropriate color based on the number of logged bugs. We have transformed the data to count the number of tickets in 30 days and have the set up actions as we would want for the scorecard BUT we are noticing that our measures are staying the same after the 30 day period of time. Ex. if a measure was Orange for September, it is staying at Orange in November even though it is past the 30 days. In this example, we would ideally like the count to go back to 0 on November 1st which would push the measure to NA and then restart the count and measure updates for the next 30 days. We need guidance on the best way to make this happen.

I have a JO Program, where when utilization drops below 50%, the customer enters into the program.  The problem is building the “Calculated Field” for the EXIT.  If the customer utilization comes up above 50% (the easy part) OR if the level increases by 15%, then they need to exit the JO flow.  I have built the value into the program that calculates the utilization + 15%, so I know what that level needs to be (i.e. utilization was at 25%, so the exit would be either 40%, or 50%), but I can’t seem to do a compare of the CURRENT VALUE of the utilization (which I can access) to the variable that in this case would be 40%.  I can only provide a STATIC comparison.  Is there any other way to do this?

What's your recommendation for clients who have firewalls preventing them from opening survey links for surveys 2.0 sent through jo?

Hello @vmoore -- after digging around, I realized that we were looking at documentation that should have been retired since there’s a simple way for you to handle someone’s subscription settings -- I just got locked into chasing down the old path.

In Administration menus in Gainsight, just go to the “Email Validator” page - you search for the email there and it brings up their current status as a valid email.  It will check both that it’s valid, and show if they have unsubscribed from specific topics as well. You can update from here.

See my screenshot below - and the documentation for this is here.

Sorry about that 20 minutes we’re never getting back, but glad the process is much simpler!
