Hi Scott, a few questions:

  1. Is there a way to “lock out” specific users without removing their license, user role or permission bundles? Scenario is to prevent specific users from logging in during a release cutover, then let them back in once the release activities are completed.
  2. What does the “Reset” option in dashboards do, on the far right in the ellipses menu?
  3. In Analytics or Rules, how do I find the most recent Timeline entry that is associated with a specific account scorecard measure? Scenario: since I can’t re-parent Timeline entries when copying health scores from one measure to another, maybe I can just have my rule copy/paste the latest Timeline content, including the name of the author and original date of the Timeline entry, as the comment of the target measure.

More requestions:

  1. How can I get a report of users who have customized their GS homepage?
  2. How can I force users to revert back to the admin-defined homepage w/o the user having to take an action?

Hello @justo.casablanca -- after a quick search internally, I noticed that I’d missed something when we were talking about refreshing reports on dashboards -- there is a “Refresh” icon at the upper right near the ellipses menus that allows a user to refresh ALL dashboards at once rather than individual refreshes.  See my screenshot below -- I just wasn’t looking carefully enough at the rest of the icons during our discussion!

Separately, I”ll confirm the refresh rate on all dashboards for users, but wanted to let you know that the “easy” answer was in front of us the whole time (much, much better than resetting the dashboard).
