What is the VCAM about?

  • We are revamping the Email Templates section which powers various email templates used for sending emails through  JO, Cockpit, Timeline & Gainsight Assist Plugins. 

What is the Agenda of the VCAM? 

We are looking to understand the need of users who create email templates which are then consumed through JO, Cockpit, Timeline & Gainsight Assist Plugin for sending emails. The focus will be on the following questions mainly:

  • What are the current pain points that exist in the Email Templates builder section?
  • What are the various use cases for which different templates are created & how is it being solved through the existing solutions? What is missing or needed?
  • What concerns or ideas do users have to improve the email template building experience
  • Feedback on current backlog items & mocks

What is the outcome of this VCAM?

  • Understanding the pain points & use cases which could help in planning the roadmap

Who is the right person to Enroll?

  • Are you an avid creator of email templates that are used for sending emails through JO, Cockpit, Timeline & Gainsight Assist Plugins.

When is this happening?
